A small UK business that takes the long view.
We started The IT Partner Co to give small and medium sized businesses the kind of direct, practical technology help that is hard to find at our size. No call queues. No outsourced support or project work. Just useful advice from the people doing the work.
At heart, we’re engineers. We love the craft — we’re experts at systems with a keen interest in what’s happening under the hood: how things connect, why they break, and how to make them quietly reliable. That curiosity shapes the recommendations we give.
Where we are
Based in England, UK.
We work remotely for most things and travel within the UK where on-site help is the right call. No outsourced support — the person you email is the person doing the work.
What we won’t do
No long lock-ins.
We don’t sell long contracts, oversized solutions, or services you don’t need. If a smaller, cheaper, or simpler option is the right answer, that’s the one we’ll recommend.
For charities and non-profits
We help where we can.
We offer specific discounts, and in some cases free services, for registered charities and non-profit organisations. Get in touch and tell us what you are trying to do.
Our promise
Straight answers.
We’ll tell you what something costs, what it does, and what its limits are. If we can’t help, or if our capacity means the timeline would be too long, we’ll say so — and where possible point you to someone who can.
Fixed prices
A quote stays quoted.
When we give a fixed quote, we stick to it. Unexpected expenses or extra time on our side do not become surprise charges for you.
Availability
Small team, honest replies.
We may not email back straight away if we are deep in client work, but we try our best and are often around well beyond normal business hours.
